Visible debris on the floors in multiple rooms, including area rugs that could not have even been cursorily vacuumed. Beds not made; linens not changed. The ladies left a polite note about one of the dogs being on the bed, but we left out linens for two beds and neither was touched. I understand that we are a messy household — that's why we hire help. I also understand that we are not paying for a "deep clean" every two weeks, but when even major surfaces aren't cleaned, the service is just not worth the cost. A team that is supposed to be of four only was 2. Master bedroom was not cleaned. The bed was not made. The kitchen stovetop is usually cleaned and it was not. Roommates bedroom was not vacuumed. This was a complete failure and it was with a person in the apartment. I will be calling the office tomorrow

The cleaners arrived an hour early and no one was home to let them in because they were an hour early. When we arrived to let the cleaners in, they were extremely rude. They then only stayed to clean for approximately an hour — that would be great if things were actually cleaned. We asked them to clean our bathroom and it seems as though they did not mop, clean the tub nor clean the shower. They didn't vacuum in our dining room. Things just look at a lower level of cleanliness then normal/compared to when your other cleaners come (who do a great job!).

The bathroom has never been cleaner! There were a few things that were missed with the dusting in the living room and sweeping/mopping around the fridge and potato box in the kitchen, but those are minor. The two ladies showed up on time and completed everything that was described to me over the phone (and I ask a lot of questions). The house had a lot of hard water build-up in the showers and dishwasher and they did a fantastic job of getting them cleaned.
