I’ve asked repeatedly that something else be used on my kitchen floor as whatever is being used leaves a film that shows every single footprint. Please suspend service for now. We will contact you if and when we’d like to resume. Thank you.

After submitting a request for our refrigerator to be cleaned, the task was left totally incomplete.

Owners office lights & bathroom lights left on, Accounting office desks were not wiped down

Please make certain all trash cans as discussed gets emptied. The one under the kitchen counter by the sink gets missed often. Please use the correct trash bag for the larger trash can. The bags are located in the top drawer of the filing cabinet right beside the shredder. Please also make sure the kitchen sink and counter gets cleaned also. If you run low on supplies please leave me a note. Thank you

My basement was not vacuumed, my bedroom was not dusted well ( the letters were dusted around and the glass shelf on my vanity was skipped). My counters feel bad and the coffee pot counter does not look like it was cleaned at all.

We were told by Sheraye on Friday that Pink Power would be doing a high dust + wipe down of the cubicles since it's the 1st of the month. The high dusting was supposed to happen Friday, but she mentioned the equipment was left in the other vehicle so it would be postponed until this week. The crew that was here today was in and out rather quickly. They did not perform a high dusting + cubicle wipe down.

We had a consult prior to scheduling the deep clean. Our main concern, of having all window blinds cleaned was not performed. None of the blinds were clean and none of the ceiling fans had been cleaned. The bathrooms were excellent. We would like to have this remedied as soon as possible. Thanks, Kristy

You did a great job, especially on the very old tub in the master bath. Wow! Was so surprised as I’ve been trying for 2 years to clean it. I can’t get down low to clean so I really appreciate you! Next time if you can please clean the bases and outside of toilets it will be much appreciated! Thanks so much

I would like to discuss the way the day went and that I was expecting a "Deep Cleaning" like scheduled for March 26,2022. I did not get a deep cleaning like I scheduled for. I will try to call you on Friday, April 1 2022 and we can talk. Thank you. Candra Bashore

I wanted the siding glass doors cleaned inside and out. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better. There was one other concern but I can't remember at this time. I left a tip on the counter thanks

The counter tops appeared that they weren’t cleaned. They have residue in spots. Also the blinds didn’t get dusted. As well as the tv console table in the bedroom.

No current concerns but there have been a few minor concerns/issues but Joshua has been very responsive and helpful in getting those minor things resolved, which is greatly appreciated!
