I am discontinuing my contact with pink power. The last several times we have had to redo our cleaning. These girls are in a rush and only spends 39 minutes cleaning. They do not clean under items they just dust around, don’t sweep under things and don’t take the trash out throughout the house. I’m done!!!

Most windows and most office floors did not appear to be touched at at all. Half my staff assumed there was a miscommunication and that this didn't happen as scheduled yesterday. Lights were left on in half a dozen rooms overnight. Dust balls rolling around on the floor. Dust, paint chips and cobwebs in windows yet… I conveyed all this to Joshua already. He has confirmed that you will do this job properly on Friday. I am informing my staff of this again. Maybe coming during daylight hours will help to do this effectively. But the big thing is, many areas were obviously not even attempted. Very disappointed.

Not a great job. Missed a couple spots vacuuming, didn’t see much dusting (no knickknacks or lampshades and not sure about shelves), didn’t dust at all in the sunroom (just a quick vacuuming). I have to say I think we’re paying too much for what we get. Would you be willing to lower your pricing?

The rug around the cat litter box in the laundry room was not vacuumed for the second time in a row.

Please make sure outlet cover is back in outlet after vacuuming please. State inspector will ding us big time if she sees it!

The paper towels in the back bathroom are not being filled regularly. If you could please make sure all get refilled each week that would be super – thanks! Sometimes the key needs to be wiggled a bit to get the silver bin to open. I assume that is the issue.

The last clean included a "Deep Clean". When I inspected the house and mentioned the downstairs windows. She said they were told to clean only the upstairs windows. I am not sure what I originally told you about the first clean or the every other clean. The upstairs windows are newly installed and not dirty. The downstairs windows are old and speckled with nose prints from our dogs. So, I guess I was expecting a bit of common sense when cleaning a house. Dirty things get cleaned. It's not even every window really, mostly the two small windows on the sides of the front door, which is where the cleaners come into and leave the house. So, I may not have specifically said "clean those windows"

Very poorly done. A lot of areas were not touched. They missed a lot of dust on lamps, tables, and did not put any of the chairs back.

The cleaning was great, but I think I said anytime after 11:00 am.

Hi, some things that were missed today: dusting in master bedroom, mirror not cleaned as there are spots on it from the last time they cleaned, my window sill was not wiped down for the second time. My master bath sink was not cleaned. I have pictures of all concerns.

I have no complaints about the cleaning, but the office staff didn't have a clue about how many girls would be here, what work was to be done and how long it would take. After three or four calls everything got straightened out . . Sort of.

Nivea and Molly did a good job cleaning our home. They are efficient and are getting better each visit.

Feminine hygiene waste bags were not changed out in the first floor women's restroom during the last few cleaning sessions.

Didn’t mop floors barely swept didn’t make beds I am not satisfied with the service

Girls did fast, efficient job. I was pleased with bathrooms and floors. I was surprised they did not dust items setting on dressers. I found kitchen counter had a sour smell to it after they left like the clothe used was not clean. I disinfected the counters. They parked car in driveway and it left quite an oil stain, which I had to treat and clean up. They should not park on customers driveways if not certain it does not leak.

Hi, the ladies were very pleasant and easy to work with. A couple things to point out is that my sun room was not dusted and one of my end tables in the living room was not cleaned. Everything else seems good.

Neither of the bathroom floors were cleaned.

They didn’t get the master shower cleaned good. Didn’t move trash can in kitchen and master bathroom to clean behind them. Wasn’t here 35 minutes and gone. Very disappointed this time
