We have had a few areas of concern, such as the sweeping not extending into all the corners of the operatories, lab, and sterilization rooms (our messiest rooms) – those are all the tiled rooms. Similarly, there are some areas in front of the main tall cabinet bases in each operatory where the tiles are not cleaned very well. Not sure if this is on our "to-do" list when you clean, but if you would occasionally dust the cabinet panels and door panels (and shelving) that collect dust, we would appreciate it! Thank you!

They saw a beetle that was in the bathroom and said it was a bedbug. It was not. bedbugs are the size of a pinhead. The beetle was between 1/4 and 1/2 inches long. We live in the country so beetles are pretty common. One of the the pinhead girls swore it was a bedbug and they all rushed out with no explanation. I will never hire anyone from this company again and I will warn everyone I know not to do so either.

I did find a pile of dust and hair under the buffet in my dining room and I thought they were to mop each time they came. I don’t think they did. The thoroughness of the first cleaning was very impressive. I would like to schedule cleaning for once a month. Is there a date at the end of this month?
