They dust mopped the bare floors under furniture, which is a main area that catches a lot of dust. Kitchen and baths spotless, including items on counter tops. Glass top tables shiny. They were here for one full hour, about 10-15 minutes longer than usual and the result was well worth their effort! They are nice ladies who care about doing a good job. Thanks.

Wiping down my baseboards in my kitchen that weren't done, They were going to leave and hadn't even dusted my dining room chair legs and the base of the dining room table. I realize there was a lot of white dust in our house. But I had to beg my husband to let me have a cleaning service come in and I am very particular. Had to rewipe some of my kitchen cabinets. The window sills were not dusted ( a couple of them were). I am sorry to say I am very disappointed with the service I received today. The girls were very pleasant and when I saw they missed something and told them about it – they certainly did it. I do not want to schedule any regular cleaning. Thank

Now that I know how to add a tip, that will work great in the future. Today I paid the old fashioned way – cash!! The only thing I would have liked was the picture frames being dusted on the tops, aside from that we are pleased and will have you back very soon.

Tile floor had many areas that didn’t appear to be mopped ( by the dogs bowl and food ( not moved) basket tower not moved to vacuum and mop. Laundry room washer and dryer had soap rings on the top. Front door window was not cleaned Bathrooms look good – we will try again for the next scheduled clean

That being said, the young ladies were here approximately 1 hour which is fine, however, there were several undusted areas in the living room and master bedroom. The bathroom sink in the master bath was not cleaned well around the faucet and there was hair on the countertop. While I don't believe that it was necessarily a factor, the young lady (I am sorry that I don't remember her name) that has been here every week since your company started cleaning our home was not here today.
