When I got home at 8pm, all the lights were on in the bedrooms, which means they had been running unnecessarily for about 7 hours. I am getting ready to tear my bed apart and redo it. I am about to cry. I am going to have to clean the kitchen, dust, mop, vacuum, and everything they were supposed to do! I am sending you a few photos by email unfortunately it is very hard to photo dust and dirt!

It's funny, when Jim asked if I had responded to the survey, I said I don't always, and he said I should, because you apparently take your responses seriously. Good to know. Then he said I should mention that it would be nice if we could know who's coming – either let us know when you tell us where we are on the schedule, or maybe have the ladies wear nametags. We feel bad when we have to ask, "What's your name again?" Like I tell people, my memory is fine, but my retrieval system doesn't work that fast any more. Thanks for all your good work.

Not sure what to do but I don’t think it is worth what I am paying to have sheets changed.
