Many things missed, stove top was not cleaned, food spots on floor under kitchen counter, bathroom floor not cleaned, kids bedroom not vacuumed, stairs not vacuumed, bathroom trash not emptied, toilet not cleaned. Honestly if I had to guess less than an hour was spent cleaning. My wife and I do a better job and we spend maybe an hour to hour and half combined. 😕

Perhaps housekeepers should have the cleaning list with them when they come to my home to clean. It is also helpful to have the same people come each time. Overall, I am satisfied with the friendly housekeepers.

The three young ladies that came to clean our house were very polite. They came in and went straight to work. I have never seen three girls work so hard. My house is sparkling. Two concerns that came up that are minor: 1) The oven is a ceramic oven and we leave out cleaning supplies for this. The oven was not cleaned as well as we would have expected. If there are alternative methods the crew would like to use that is OK with us. We just want to be sure it gets cleaned. 2) The crew was only here for 1 hour, and we thought the time should be 2 hours?

I often find lights left on in rooms I don't frequently go to like the basement and all the lights are on for days before I remember to check them. Thank you.

I could see my reflection in bathroom sinks which truly impressed me. The interaction with our pets was also good and all my instructions were followed regarding entry and exit keeping pet safety in mind.

Also, the guest bathroom mirror did not appear to be cleaned. The ladies were very nice and I have no complaints about them personally.
