Verified MaidCentral client • near Miami Valley, Ohio • July 19, 2018 • Verified MaidCentral scorecardRushed through the cleaning, gone in just over 2 hours after I paid for 3. once completed, they asked how everything looked but the cleaners were already leaving in the 20 seconds it took for me to get downstairs – so I had no time to inspect. they left a line of dirt in the dining room, where they clearly mopped but probably neglected to sweep before hand. many windowsills, countertops, other surface areas were not wiped. found out this morning they broke a shower head and didn't tell me.

Laundry room was not swept or cleaned. (It usually is done). Both girls are nice but the long haired blonde is just not too good. I’m not sure about using your company again. Sorry

Glass back-splash (behind stove and sink) didnt appear to have been cleaned (or not cleaned well). Crumbs and dirt remaining on kitchen floor, 1/2 bath sink and mirror were not clean well. Pantry room wasnt cleaned at all (countertop and floor both had dirt). Hate to complain….but was not the level of clean as first time. Floors in general werent as clean as last time. First cleaning was great…which is why we decided to have you come again.
