I have a photograph of one drip pan that doesn't look like it was even touched. Also in the master bathroom, the shelves that are part of the one piece shower enclosure were not cleaned or not cleaned very well (found hair and soap scum under the shampoo bottle this morning). The remainder of the apartment was very well done; however, these two items missed the expectation.

What happened to Lacy? Seems like we have had new people a lot lately. At this time, I feel we are due a credit.

All lights were left on in the basement to include fan in bathroom. Garage lights were turned on and left on. Lights in master bathroom left on to include shower light. 50% of the time cleaners come and no one will be in the house for days due to my travel schedule. This is not the first time that lights were left on. Pls advise.

I have expressed my concerns the last few satisfaction emails but they have not been addressed. I have not been happy with a couple of the people sent with Lacy and therefore requested Lacy only. Therefore, please cancel the 2/27 clean and further cleans.

There is a shelving unit on our dining room wall (3 shelves) that were not dusted, nor was the unit on the back porch (indoors). The billing system is awful. We were charged before the work was completed. Then charged again after the work was completed. Then when we called to mention being double billed we were told they had already refunded the first payment and did not double charge us. Unfortunately, according to the bank that was not the case and there was no refund pending. Had to go through the bank and file a claim to avoid overdraft charges incurred twice due to them billing incorrectly.
